How do I rotate pages in a PDF?

Can I rotate only some pages?
Yes. Each page has its own left and right rotate buttons, so you can straighten a single upside-down scan while leaving the rest of the document untouched.
Does rotating change the file quality?
No. Rotation only updates each page's orientation flag, so text remains selectable and images stay at full resolution. Nothing is re-rendered or re-compressed.
Are the rotations permanent in the saved file?
Yes. When you download, the chosen rotations are written into the PDF itself, so the pages open the right way up in any viewer, printer or another program.
Is my PDF uploaded to convert it?
